Holiday!
Long time, no see. But I've been busy with school.
Now I am on holiday! But I still have work for school to do over this period, so it sucks.
Here are a few pictures from the last two weeks. It's mostly just been about work.
Now that Girls and Broad City are over I am kind of sad because I used to treat myself with an episode of Girls at the beginning of the week, on Tuesdays, and Broad city at the end of it, on Thursdays and it made my weeks so much better, I had something to look forward to every week.
Now, I have downloaded the Curb your enthusiasm series, and it will have to do. It's OK.
So, R is arriving on Monday and I am psyched! I have a bit of cleaning round the house and cooking to do these two days and it's going to be so refreshing after just working for school these past weeks.
Have a nice weekend!
P.s.
I love these

{when my room is clean and organized}
{one or two storms}
{the most beautiful girl in the whole wide world - but she won't show you her face}
{moving furniture around}
{learning( still) how to do a proper technical sheet - denim jackets}
{learning how to make jeans}
We are learning about denim now and it's awesome. It's so interesting. We have a project to do - a menswear collection of denim jeans and jackets, we are putting together a denim fabric 'dictionary' - learning about different compositions and structures in denim fabrics and we have to make a pair of denim trousers. It's hard, scary work, but fun.

two weeks in, two weeks more
It's just two weeks since I moved here but it feels like it's been so much more than that. It's fairly decent, with a couple of issues: It can get cold in the evenings, My window faces East and in the mornings I have light and it's awesome but later in the day it can get pretty cold. I know this is nothing compared to the weather right now in Romania but these guys here don't have proper heating systems, not like we do. They just give you a little radiator and it's just not enough. As all other people right now I just can't wait for summer to come.
But really what I am actually expecting is R's arrival in a couple of weeks. Yay! It's all I am thinking about. I'm so happy about that.
I'm supposed to be doing work in Illustrator these but it feels daunting. I don't really know what I'm doing and I am way behind my class mates with work. You should see how fast they work in Illustrator, it's crazy. I have less than two weeks until my deadline and all I can think of is R and bikes. I miss bikes. And I miss home.
Here is a playlist I found
Random photos these past two weeks:
{american junk food}
{11 o'clock break}
{seen from our classroom window}
{basketball game - of course we lost}
{open week at Esad}
{Sara and Sara - my best buddies}
Mornings and evenings.

Some lately and some right about now
{my old room, last days}
{last owners, recent apartment mate, dinner I cooked}
{new place}
I just moved yesterday and it feels strange. Like it should feel the first few days after moving to a new place. I found this place two weeks ago on the first day of searching, and by evening I told them I'll take it. It's right up front my school, so no more metro fare, less time commuting, and it's cheaper. I will have to pay bills with my flat mates, and I did spend a few on some bed sheets and some cleaning supplies but even so it will be cheaper by at least 50 euros on rent and 30 less with no more transportation card.
The weather is the worst right now. Rain, rain and then some more rain. It's all damp and windy and no sun. I am really looking forward to some sunny, warm days. Also looking forward to R coming soon. In exactly 4 weeks!
School is still hard with a lot of assignments to do. This month particularly, as I will have to finish an assignment with a teacher on jeanswear.
{men's suits, outerwear and blazers's fabric swatches - not enough, but all I could find }
{Tuesday morning train station}
{teacher, fellow colleagues, fabrics expo}
{2016 trends}
P.S.
these photos of Porto
this made me miss illustration at school

What up
I'm just waiting for Easter break. That's kind of it.
(visit to a jeans wear factory - the most interesting of all the visits we had)
(we have to make a men's jacket - wtf???)
Oh, and I have to move in two weeks because I'm running out of money and cannot afford this room anymore. I have a new roommate, a guy, a Chinese guy. He is loud and too friendly and told me he cannot cook Chinese food. So much for regretting leaving the place...
I also have a lot of school work and presentations coming up very soon so I'm really busy and stressed these days.
You probably heard of these girls from Broad city. It's the shit. I downloaded their first season and it's really great. You can check out more about it here.
